How Can I Get a Quote?
Simply go to book now page to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.
How Am I Charged?
You are only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you pay only for the hours that you had the service.
Does Someone Have to Visit My House Before?
Absolutely not! We would not want pushy sales people coming to our house, therefore we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Are Cleaning Supplies Included?
Cleaning supplies are not included by default. As a result, your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross contamination from house to house.
However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on hand.
What If I Am Not Happy With My Cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Can I Get A Same Day Booking?
We don’t guarantee same day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Do I Have To Be At Home For My Cleaning?
It is completely up to you. If you are not going to be home, it is especially relevant to let us know how to access your house. You can always call us or send us an email with the details.
Will My Cleaner Arrive At The Exact Time I Booked?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, we would contact you to let you know the ETA.
When Am I Charged For The Service?
You are not charged until after the cleaning is done. Therefore, your invoice will reflect only the amount of time, that your cleaner was actually at your home working.
Are There Any Commitments or Contracts?
No, you can cancel the service anytime without any penalties. Since you don’t have to commit to any contracts or a predetermined number of appointments either.
What Is Included In Standard Cleaning?
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning of a home or apartment. Cleaning, vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedroom, dusting and more. We, also offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select the service.

How Many Cleaners Do You Send?
Only one cleaner is sent to your home. Hence that if you are on a recurring schedule, we will do our best to match you with the same person each time.
Are My Royal Services Cleaners Screened?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in person interviews. Furthermore, we require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us. To us, first of all, the satisfaction of our clients is the most important.
